Once you have placed your order, we’ll be in touch by email for you to share your photo with us. For best results, we recommend a high resolution, well lit photo (photoshoot pictures work perfectly!). When we have finished designing, we will send our artwork over for your approval. Please note: orders will not be made and dispatched until you have confirmed that you are happy with your final design.

Due to the size of our pendants, intricate details, such as tattoos, may not be included in your final image. If there are specific details that you would like included, please let us know when sending your photo.
